Everything a phone-and-electronics buying business needs to run, in one iPhone app. The Reseller account (FlowPilot Leads on the App Store) follows a deal from the first text to the driver's pay statement.

In the order a deal happens

    One inbox for texts, Facebook messages and Instagram messages, on a local business number set up for you. Reply from your phone; every conversation stays with the contact.

  2. Device checked

    Scan the IMEI, serial or barcode with the camera. The device check comes back before you make an offer. Most checks are included at no extra charge.

  3. Bought and ledgered

    Scan the IMEI, the ledger updates. Every device is tracked from purchase to sale. Purchase orders cover what you buy from other businesses.

  4. Sold and invoiced

    The sales builder makes the invoice and the PDF receipt. Returns and deductions adjust the same record. Print labels on a Niimbot printer over Bluetooth.

  5. Driver on the road

    Routes with live location while On Duty, mileage recorded as the driver goes, and an ETA link you can send to the customer.

    Pay statements for drivers and staff, built from the deliveries and mileage the app already recorded.

What it is not

FlowPilot Leads is not a marketplace, and we do not sell your data. The trade network works only between businesses that choose to link with each other, and your inventory, leads and customers stay yours.
