Plans and prices
Five plans, all monthly, all in US dollars. These are the same names and prices you see in the app.

Professional and Max are billed monthly. Messaging, call minutes and AI replies are billed separately at cost plus 2x; you add a card for usage inside your account and every charge is itemised there. Inventory, Starter and Free have no usage billing.
- Most device checks are included at no extra charge. Premium device checks are not offered in this release.
- Professional and Max come with a local business phone number set up by FlowPilot.

App Store subscriptions
These plans are sold in the FlowPilot Leads app as auto-renewing subscriptions:
- FlowPilot Starter, one month, $9.99
- FlowPilot Inventory, one month, $99.99 ($89.99 with the sign-up offer)
- FlowPilot Professional, one month, $199
- FlowPilot Max, one month, $299
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of an introductory offer is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Plans bought on the web are billed monthly by Flow Pilot Suite LLC, cancel any time effective at the end of the paid period. Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple.
