Program name and sender
FlowPilot Suite text messages are sent by Flow Pilot Suite LLC.
Message types
- Account and service messages: sign-in codes, account activation, service alerts, and replies to your requests.
- Marketing messages, only with a separate opt-in: product updates and offers.
How to opt in
Use the form at https://flowpilotsuite.com/contact/. Account and service messages and marketing messages each have their own consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to cancel and get help
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final confirmation text. Reply HELP for help, email support@flowpilotsuite.com, or call +1 888-481-5859.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

United States numbers, 18 and older.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including mobile numbers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
