Messaging Terms (SMS)
This update explains a separate, optional app signup choice. It does not grant new permission for existing accounts or expand any existing consent. The app signup method applies only when the checkbox described below is shown and you choose it.
Program name and sender
FlowPilotSuite text messages are sent by Flow Pilot Suite LLC.
Message types
- Account and service messages: only for the categories you agreed to receive, including account-setup instructions, tutorial links, setup support, sign-in codes, account activation, service alerts, and replies to your requests.
- Marketing messages, only with a separate opt-in: product updates and offers.
How to opt in
On our website: use the form at https://flowpilotsuite.com/contact/. Account and service messages and marketing messages each have their own consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
In the Flow Pilot iPhone app: during signup, enter your phone number and, if you want setup texts, select the separate, optional checkbox labelled “Text me setup help (optional)”. It starts unchecked. This choice covers only non-marketing account-setup instructions, tutorial links, and setup support from Flow Pilot Suite LLC. It does not sign you up for marketing texts or other message categories. You can leave it unchecked, still create your account and make purchases, and receive eligible setup instructions by email.
Entering a phone number, creating an account, buying a plan, or accepting general terms does not by itself give permission for texts. Permission applies to the number you provided when you opted in; changing your number does not transfer permission or cancel an earlier opt-out.
The app displays this notice beside the checkbox, with links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service:

How to cancel and get help

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

United States numbers, 18 and older.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including mobile numbers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
